Run a thousand simulations before your first decision.
Games & Theory is a Colorado-based deep technology company that builds the Agentic Conflict Engine (ACE), a commercial software platform for AI-powered conflict simulation and strategic foresight. ACE runs rigorously designed conflict simulation experiments at scale. Hundreds of adversarial scenarios, each with a multitude of reasoning AI agents. Outcome distributions, insights, and discoveries that will inform your decision-making.
Illustrative geometry. Trajectories share trunks and fork at decision nodes; key decisions split the ensemble into families that land in different regions of the outcome space, and one low-probability family reaches an isolated outcome bin. No measured finding is claimed.
Value proposition
Outcome Distributions, Not Single Narratives
A traditional exercise produces one story about how events might unfold. ACE produces probability distributions across the decision space, so you see not just what could happen but how often it happens across hundreds of simulated engagements.
Adversaries That Reason
Each AI agent makes decisions based on its assigned persona, objectives, and constraints. No scripts. No dice rolls. Every adversary action has a reason, and that reason is logged.
Findings You Can Brief
Every result traces back to the question that prompted it. ACE generates briefing-ready analytical products directly from simulation output. No analyst middleman. No six-week turnaround.
How ACE Is Different
Most planning tools give you one of three things: a seminar exercise that produces a single narrative, a constructive simulation that models physics but not cognition, or a red team that can only run a handful of scenarios. ACE gives you adversaries that reason, parallel execution, and statistical confidence in the same platform.
A single wargame is a sample of one. It cannot distinguish a structural outcome from an artifact of who happened to be in the room that day.
Interactive: try it
Probability of seeing that failure mode at least once: 92.3% (independent occurrences; 1 - (1 - p)n)
Interactive. Pure sampling arithmetic, zero corpus data. The rare outcome bin renders in Rust when it is hit. Illustrative simulation with synthetic draws.
