Privacy Policy
Effective date: 19 October 2026
Who we are. Games & Theory LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Contact: marcus@gamesandtheory.space.
What we collect. This site has no user accounts and no forms. We collect: (1) information you voluntarily send us by email, such as your name, email address, and message contents; (2) standard request logs generated by our hosting infrastructure, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested; (3) first-party, cookie-free analytics: pages viewed, the referring site, campaign tags in links, clicks on email and price-sheet links, and the approximate location (city and country) and network operator (the organization that owns the network you connect from) derived from your IP address. Analytics data is processed and stored by us in the United States and is not shared with analytics or advertising companies. To opt out in your browser, add #notrack to the end of any page address on this site (add #track to opt back in). That is the complete list.
What we do not do. We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party cookies, or cross-site tracking. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors. The site sets no cookies; any browser storage the site uses is strictly functional (for example, remembering that an animation has already played, or your analytics opt-out) and contains no personal data.
How we use information. To respond to inquiries, conduct ordinary business correspondence, and maintain the security and operation of the site.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers that host or operate the site on our behalf, or where required by law. No other sharing occurs.
Retention. Business correspondence is retained as needed for ordinary business records. Request logs used for analytics are retained for up to 400 days. Other server logs are retained for about 30 days and then deleted.
Your rights. Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided; we honor such requests regardless of statutory thresholds, consistent with the Colorado Privacy Act's principles.
Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited data we handle.
Changes. We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the current version.
