Sources

References

Consolidated citations for every sourced claim on this site. The site practices the provenance discipline the product claims: cited assertions resolve to checkable sources.

Citations convention

  • Inline claims carry square-bracket markers ([GAO 2023], [CSIS 2024], [Rivera et al. 2024], [CSIS 2025]) linking to a collapsed Sources block at the bottom of each page.
  • Each page's Sources block holds full citations for exactly the claims made on that page. This page consolidates all of them.
  • Every reference maps one-to-one to a sentence actually on the site. No decorative citations.
